Bodybuilding Contest Preparation
The INBA "Natural O" held on the Gold Coast on October 17 I made it 3 out 3 by winning my class. So yet again I saved my best for the Sunny climes of Queensland's Gold Coast coming in even sharper than a fortnight earlier.

So after a disappointing showing in Bendigo I managed to turn things around at the business end of the season by winning the INBA Victorian, Australian and finally the Olympia.
Was I happy with the package I presented?
I wouldn't be me if I was!
So Now on to the next challenge which is to defend all 3 titles next year.
In the off season I plan on focussing on adding some size to my Chest, Arms and making my legs a little more freakier. Yep I never thought I'd be disappointed with my legs but I felt they could have been much better.
My 24 years in this game has shown me that there is no place for short cuts, every part of the prep has to be planned and executed perfectly.
